So a friend told me yesterday he was watching this special on the brain and it went thru different things that had an effect on decaying/rotting the brain. It started with the least harmful and progressed to the worse....It went thru Smoking, then crystal meth, then drinking, then heroin.... then it looked at lack of sleep.... and the effects of lack of sleep were about the equivalent to heroin, for the damage it causes to the brain.... a good amount of sleep for a regular adult is 6hrs.... I normally get 3 or 4....... fuck! Time to rethink these constant long work days.... if i still can....
